Since before I can remember, I’ve loved to cook. Capital L-O-V-E. For me, preparing food isn’t just another task on a long to-do list; it’s an art that revolves around fresh ingredients, fun flavours and imagination.
This year, I’ve made it my mission to expand our culinary horizons at Goodfood by channeling flavours and techniques from around the world. First stop: Mexico.

Mexico City is a culinary wonderland
With over 57,000 food establishments, from traditional taquerías and bustling market stalls to Michelin-starred restaurants, the options are boundless. And no matter where you eat, you’re treated to an explosion of tastebud-awakening flavour.
We spent three days hanging out with local foodies — trying as much food as humanly possible, playing with spices and learning local techniques. We cooked with reputable home chefs whose most popular recipes have been passed down from generation to generation, sharing the flavours that have shaped their food evolution.
