Our third stop on our world culinary tour led us to the vibrant streets of Hanoi.

With just 72 hours to spare, we kicked off our education in Vietnamese cuisine at the historic Ngọc Hà market, where we dove into fresh, regional ingredients and got a taste of local life. We cooked with a celebrated local chef, we dined at renowned food stalls and trendy restaurants and ate so much banh mi, fried spring rolls, hot pot and bánh xèo; a new record may have been set (and it was so worth it).
